Cacao+ Breathwork Ceremony
This offering combines ceremonial cacao with a guided conscious connected breathwork journey. We begin with grounding, intention-setting, and the heart opening support of cacao, followed by a 60-minute breathwork experience designed to support emotional release, insight, and nervous system regulation.
